Indepth Interviews
Indepth Interviews are more like a Group Discussion which is held one on one. In Depth Interviews are a very good tool to gain indepth insights into personal, professional likes , dislikes, feedbacks, satisfaction understandings etc. The problem with such a methodology is that the respondents may feel getting under a microscope.TBCS has a well trained staff with a high focus on building rapport with the respondents and making putting them at ease. The Indepth team has to attend regular refresher trainings and updates.
TBCS prefers to use the methodology which is more convenient for the Respondent. Since these surveys are more time consuming and need indepth insights, we prefer to do it Face to face. Incase the respondent or the client wishes, we also have trained staff to conduct such studies over the phone across multiple geographies.
If the respondent or the client wishes so we also conduct In depth studies over the web. However according to respondent’s convenience we prefer taking him through the whole study over the phone once and later get back to them with more probing questions once they have filled the data.
